The small, inviting shop boasts a clean and bright atmosphere, complemented by friendly, knowledgeable staff who enhance the overall experience with informative and personable service. Absolutely delicious and fresh Gelato, I love everything about this place, from the rotating flavors to their complete set of compostable ware they use for everything! I accidentally ate almost all of it before I remembered to snap a Pic.
Excellent, small place just 200m from graceful impressive church steeple in old town. Very small place, only room for 5 customers, limited by comfy seating outside (2 places). The gelato is excellent, a rather large serving but appropriate price (6$ vs what they give you in Florence for 2.5EU, the 'real' gelato). Very clean, bright store, nicely decorated. Prepare to queue, but it's worth it.
A Sweet Delight ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Noci Gelato is a must-visit in Hartford. Their pistachio gelato is simply awesome - rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The place itself is lovely and inviting. I am sorry for the half-cup picture; it was so good I couldn't help myself! Don't miss out on this gem!
Super friendly service! When my daughter asked why they call it gelato instead of ice cream, the server kindly explained that gelato is creamier, less cold, denser, and melts faster — which made the experience even more fun and educational for us. Definitely a must-visit, though they’re only open Friday through Sunday!
Ugh this place is so good My partner and I had some amazing gelato on a trip to Portland, ME a couple years ago and we have been looking for a local place that can compare in CT. The scoops are pricey and WORTH IT. You get what you pay for … the quality of ingredients is obvious. They also have some unique flavors which is a pet peeve of mine - I understand you have to please the masses but give me some creativity on the menu as well which they definitely do have. We enjoyed the Biscoff Crumble and Cherry Amaretto. If you are looking for gelato this is a must try 10/10!! Edit: Also the place is aesthetically beautiful forgot to add that!!
So good, tasted like good quality gelato! I will say it is pretty expensive $7.50 for one scoop with chocolate on top. Cute outdoor seating!
Delicious gelato—and I used to live in Italy. Vegan chocolate biscoff had a great flavor, and the banana actually tasted like real bananas, instead of the fake flavor so many places use. And, the owners are INCREDIBLY nice. Crossing my fingers they open an outpost in New Haven!
Great place! You can sample as many flavors as you want. I tried fig & almond; it’s an interesting flavor but too sweet for my taste. The lemon basil is very good— a bit sour, very fragrant, and very light. But I got the pistachio at the end, and it’s amazing! (Still a bit sweet but not too sweet.)
